Per i nostri materiali TEXAPORE utilizziamo diverse tecnologie: membrane, rivestimenti, strutture ibride e imbottiture laminate. Questo ci permette di soddisfare le esigenze specifiche di traspirabilità e impermeabilità richieste dalle differenti attività all'aperto per quanto concerne l'abbigliamento anti-intemperie.
Lo strato protettivo anti-intemperie è unito ad un tessuto esterno che influenza le altre caratteristiche, come la robustezza, la flessibilità o il peso. In genere si tratta di materiali a due strati (materiale esterno + strato anti-intemperie). Nei materiali da 2,5 o 3 strati, uno speciale strato o il rivestimento di protezione dello strato anti-intemperie è unito direttamente a questo strato e al tessuto esterno.
Le giacche o i pantaloni con struttura a 2 strati sono dotati di un tessuto di rivestimento che cade morbido all'interno della giacca. Questo comporta un peso e un ingombro leggermente maggiore rispetto ai prodotti a tre strati. Nei materiali TEXAPORE con struttura a 2 strati il tessuto esterno tramato (strato di supporto) e il rivestimento/membrana vengono uniti sul retro del tessuto esterno.

Nei materiali TEXAPORE con struttura a 2,5 strati il tessuto esterno tramato (strato di supporto) e il rivestimento/membrana vengono uniti sul retro del tessuto esterno. La parte del rivestimento/membrana rivolta verso l'interno è inoltre provvista di uno strato protettivo sottilissimo. Grazie a questo strato protettivo non è necessario inserire nella giacca/pantalone un'ulteriore imbottitura. I capi di abbigliamento realizzati in materiali da 2,5 strati sono estremamente leggeri e occupano poco spazio, sono tuttavia anche meno robusti dei capi realizzati con materiali a 2 o 3 strati.

TEXAPORE esempi:
I materiali TEXAPORE con struttura a 3 strati sono costituiti da tre componenti: tessuto esterno e rivestimento interno, tra questi due strati viene collocata una membrana TEXAPORE impermeabile e traspirante. I tre strati formano un'unità indivisibile. Poiché la membrana è protetta da entrambe le parti da un tessuto, questa combinazione risulta particolarmente resistente, ma al contempo leggere e occupa poco spazio; la soluzione perfetta per il trekking e le escursioni in montagna.
Attività sportive: trekking di più giorni, escursioni alpine
Il TEXAPORE esiste anche come rivestimento impermeabile e traspirante. Il vantaggio è che la linea del taglio è più libera e il tessuto esterno cade in modo più sciolto perché soltanto le cuciture del rivestimento devono essere sigillate e rese impermeabili.
Ci sono due varianti del rivestimento TEXAPORE:
TEXAPORE SOFTSHELL
TEXAPORE AIR è il salto innovativo in termini di comfort nel campo degli indumenti impermeabili. Invece di essere ermeticamente impermeabile, il materiale lavora come un filtro: la pioggia non può penetrare, mentre l'aria riesce a passare. Così una perfetta protezione anti-intemperie si fonde con la traspirabilità dinamica, che aumenta man mano che vi muovete.
TEXAPORE HYPROOF O3 conduce la protezione anti-intemperie ad un nuovo livello. Questo materiale insuperabile può reggere ad una pressione di una colonna d'acqua di 40 metri e allo stesso tempo riesce ad eliminare circa 3 litri d'acqua all'ora sotto forma di vapore acqueo attraverso l'intera giacca. (Traspirabilità: MVTR 30 000 g/m²/24 h). Valori incredibili che vi garantiscono di rimanere all'asciutto con qualsiasi tipo di tempo. E questo anche nelle condizioni più rigide e dopo molti anni di logorio.
TEXAPORE SMOOTHLIGHT significa protezione contro le intemperie ottenuta con un tessuto finissimo. È morbido, molto flessibile e produce un fruscio quasi impercettibile - un vero vantaggio per il comfort. Allo stesso tempo offre una funzionalità costante, perché protegge in modo affidabile dalla pioggia e dal vento; è inoltre molto traspirante e resistente al logorio.
This waterproof softshell sets new standards for 2013. Our latest new fabric development is called TEXAPORE O3 SMOOTHLIGHT SOFTSHELL and it combines the attributes of a waterproof shell with the climate and wear comfort of a softshell. On the HIGH VOLTAGE alpine jacket we have equipped this lightweight, windproof and waterproof 3-layer laminate with a reverse side consisting of a comfortable Jersey fabric, of a type commonly found in functional shirts. A specially developed seam sealing tape allows the jacket seams to be tape sealed inside as normal. The result: the HIGH VOLTAGE delivers an impressive waterproof specification (20,000 mm hydrostatic head) and exceptional breathability performance (MVTR: 30,000 g/m2/24 h)
This new triple-layer laminate trekking jacket is more than a match for weather and wear and tear. The GRANITE has everything you would expect from a top-notch trekking jacket - and more. We have used the triple-layer laminate TEXAPORE HYPROOF O3 TASGRID as the main fabric. It offers the highest combined levels of waterproofness and breathability of any TEXAPORE fabric currently available. When you are far from civilisation, you will certainly appreciate the levels of protection and climate comfort. Critical wear points are reinforced with an ultra-tough 3-layer laminate. This combination of fabrics makes the jacket very hard-wearing although it only weighs 570 gm in size L (our lightest men’s trekking jacket).

The 3-layer TEXAPORE HYPROOF O3 TASGRID laminate is not only extremely waterproof and exceptionally breathable; it is also more supple than other 3-layer fabrics and very light.
The tougher the challenge, the better it performs - meet the new CIRRUS JACKET! It is tailored from our most breathable and lightest weather protection fabric - triple layer TEXAPORE 04 FLYGRID. This latest development in TEXAPORE technology manages to combine ultimate breathability with lightest possible weight and high levels of waterproofness (20,000 mm hydrostatic head) with adequate durability. The finely woven backing fabric protects the membrane and increases the comfort when worn next to bare skin.
Versatility is the key attribute of our new waterproof hiking jacket the ONYX. The weatherproof shell fabric is very breathable and supple yet tough enough to withstand chafing caused by a rucksack and thus suitable both for single day walks and multi-day hikes with a light pack. It can also be worn year-round by using the system zip to add an inner jacket, making the ONYX a waterproof and warm winter jacket.
This unicolour design, short hiking jacket provides reliable weather protection and has a simple, sporty style. It soft and supple yet extremely robust thanks to the use of waterproof, very breathable TEXAPORE SMOOTHLIGHT fabric. Features include five pockets, a fixed hood and a draw cord at the waist. And it looks so good you won’t want to use it just for hiking!
